Musical baton

“The table guy” Maratz has passed me the musical baton, so I guess I should write a word or two :). This won’t be too much of a trouble as I am a huuge music fan.
Total volume of music files on my computer
Hmm… I don’t keep a lot of music on my hard drives. There is about 2GB right now, which is a lot by my standards. I prefer to keep my music safe, on the CD’s.
The last CD I bought
Now, that’s a tough one. It’s been a while since I bought a CD, so I’m not really sure which was the last one. The last three CD’s must be Interpols’ Antics, Smashing Pumpkins’ Adore and U2’s Achtung Baby. It was the U2, I suppose.
Song playing right now
“Carrion” by British Sea Power. I’ve discovered the band recently and their “The Decline Of British Sea Power” has been one of the most frequent albums in my playlist this year.
Five songs I listen to a lot, or mean a lot to me
By no means an all-time top five, these are just random five songs from my “fave songs” folder. They all mean a lot to me though, so here they are:
- Screaming Trees: More or Less
- The Arcade Fire: Neighborhood #1 (Tunnels)
- Slowdive: When The Sun Hits
- The Mars Volta: Concertina
- Dirty Three: Sue’s Last Ride
Five people to whom I’m passing the baton
That about wraps it up!
Hehe! Good morning! And I’m not “The Table Guy”! Forget it already! : )

Thanks for the baton Bojan, I’ll be sure to update my post to say that I actually WAS passed a baton yesterday…by “yesterday is here”. I’ve seen a lot of music in the other Baton posts that I haven’t heard yet. One such band is British Sea Power. Where’ve I been? It seems like this is at the top of a lot of people’s lists. I’ll be sure to check them out.

I’ve only recently discovered British Sea Power myself.. I’m pretty sure you mentioned once you like Arcade Fire, and if that’s the case, the odds are you’ll like British Sea Power, too.
Cheers!

Arcade Fire was a pretty recent find for me and I like them a lot, so I guess I’ll probably like British Sea Power as well. I just made another post about this whole baton epidemic that spread so fast through the web-design community…
